With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and leadership development, she has built and led multiple businesses across staffing, consulting, and professional services.

Her entrepreneurial journey includes founding a direct-hire staffing firm that she scaled past $1 million in revenue, creating the early workforce-tracking system Temp-Check, and earning recognition as Small Business of the Year from the Best Southwest Business Center and Minority Business of the Year from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
